Some things feel too heavy to carry alone.

Some things feel too heavy to carry alone.
Some things feel too small to bother anyone with.
Most likely, most things live somewhere in between.

Maybe it’s something that’s been sitting in your chest for years and you’ve never said out loud.
Maybe it’s something that happened today and you don’t know why it hit you so hard.
Maybe you don’t even have the words for it yet — just a feeling that something isn’t right.

Whatever it is, it matters.

There’s a quiet space where people come exactly as they are. No pressure to explain perfectly. No need to justify why something hurts. No ranking of pain, no “others have it worse,” no judgment. Just real people listening because they’ve been there too, in their own ways.

You can show up angry, confused, embarrassed, relieved, heartbroken, hopeful — or all of it at once. You can share a long story, a short thought, or a single sentence you’re afraid to say anywhere else. You can even just read and realize you’re not as alone as you thought.

This is a place where privacy is respected. Where you don’t have to attach your name, your face, or your past to what you’re feeling right now. Where honesty is safer because you’re allowed to be human, not perfect.

Nothing is too small to talk about here.
Nothing is too big either.

If you’ve been holding something in because you didn’t know where it belonged — maybe it belongs here. Among strangers who don’t judge, who don’t rush, and who understand that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is say, “I’m not okay,” or “I don’t know,” or “I just need someone to listen.”

You don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore.
